About the Todt Hill-Westerleigh Library

Todt Hill-Westerleigh branch

The three-story branch has two community rooms.

The Todt Hill-Westerleigh branch of The New York Public Library is centrally located right off the Staten Island Expressway and within walking distance from the College of Staten Island.

The library opened the doors of its current location on April 18, 1991. Open seven days a week, Todt Hill Library provides free parking for patrons. The three-floor branch has a children’s area and two community rooms. There is also a very diverse language collection, which includes Italian, Russian, Japanese, and Hebrew.
